Is installation included, and how long does setup take?
Installation is included with the Slushy Jack's agreement by Frozen Brothers. As machines are made to order, setup typically takes place within a few weeks of purchase—our team will coordinate everything to get you up and running smoothly.
Does the agreement include syrup and cups?
Syrups and cups are not included in the agreement.
Once subscribed, you’ll get exclusive access to the Frozen Brothers online store – the only official source for Slushy Jack's beverage syrups and consumables in Europe.
Can I cancel or upgrade the agreement at any time?
You can cancel your order if it hasn't shipped. If the order has shipped, we're unable to make any changes to it at that time.
As part of the agreement, you’ll have access to official Slushy Jack’s equipment, expert servicing, and exclusive support—available only through Frozen Brothers, the official Slushy Jack’s beverage manufacturer in Europe.
